1-Year Warranty

Every product on this site is covered by a 1-year warranty against manufacturing defects.

What's Covered

• Mechanical failures (e.g., broken gears, faulty drag, cracked spool)
• Defective materials (e.g., carbon frame cracking under normal use)
• Workmanship issues that affect normal operation

What's Not Covered

• Damage from drops, impacts, or misuse
• Disassembly or unauthorized modification
• Saltwater exposure or water damage
• Normal wear and tear (cosmetic scratches, faded finishes, worn knobs)

How to File a Claim

1. Email us at gfiduir@outlook.com with your order number
2. Include photos or a short video showing the issue
3. We'll review and reply within 24 hours

What Happens Next

• If approved: we'll arrange a free replacement for you.
• If not covered: we'll explain why the issue isn't covered by our warranty.

Limit

Each product is eligible for one (1) warranty replacement within the warranty period.
